Norbec initially decided to work with Ingeniu in order to have an external view on the digital action plan that had been carried out internally before investing further in its realization. Ingeniu's first mandate was to conduct an engineering and production 4.0 audit. This teamwork was productive and allowed us to question certain elements of the initial action plan and to improve it by taking advantage of both Norbec's and Ingeniu's knowledge and expertise.
The result: A concrete digital action plan for engineering and production
Norbec had had bad experiences in the past with subcontractors who were experts in digital transformation and software development. A first project with a limited scope was identified from the action plan and entrusted to Ingeniu.
